mk, the justices themselves decide what health/medical info the Court may release about them. Justices have undergone medical care that was only learned about (at all) later, and by chance.
Are you in the US? They can’t release anyone’s medical condition or treatment unless they have permission. It doesn’t matter if one is a US Supreme Court Justice. HIPPA violations carry hefty fines.

I was addressing mk’s comment that “[t]he court said nothing further …” The Court guards its privacy and doesn’t release anything about justices w/o their permission. The justices aren’t, or aren’t supposed to be, “politicians” or “personalities” who scramble for public attention.
