Notes 10-11-13 I had a visual that a group of people where screaming down into the ground that was in shambles. “Is anyone in there” and a whisper replied “yes”. The group of civilians begin to remove the rubble and pulled the pieces out trying to reach the individuals, their hands bleeding, their will unwavering. Some would be saved others not.

The Facts: Photos from Cebu broadcast on TV stations showed a fallen concrete 2-story building, and reports said an 8-month-old baby and a second person were pulled out alive.
On 10-15-13 at 8:12, a 7.2-magnitude earthquake collapsed buildings, cracked roads and toppled the bell tower of the Philippines’ oldest church Tuesday morning, killing at least 20 people across the central region.
