The Image showed a line going down the lower end of Illinois and Indiana on the east side of the map, I hope to look at towns and cities, hopefully get more details.

It was cute in the vision, the Spirits just wiped away the bugs making it seem easy. A manipulation of the cell seems to be this “Life Giving Power” at first its any cell. But later they learn it needs to be yours to really operate well. So right after you are born, they remove an infinitesimal piece of you, and store it in a frozen vault with protections that make Fort Knox blush.
In the vision it looked like a very large fan, but it consumed and consumed the air, filtering it down, the flaw would come in what to do with these larger filters, some buried them while others kept them around making so many people ill. The Spirits made a point to say someone needs to give this inventor the Noble Prize, they saved humanity.
