The impression given was the size is approximately 8 magnitude.
The message has changed. Originally Spirit implied a moderately sized earthquake, but now they are predicting a massive quake. I still have a small doubt on the location, they predicted something very similar for California. Is the mega quake for New Zealand or California?
There is also some dispute on the timing. In one prediction Spirit presented the date 16.5 (I assume that means the middle of the 16th) which would be the 17th for New Zealand. However in another prediction the earthquake unfolds around the 19th – 20th. It is possible that they might be predicting a large earthquake and then one large aftershock.
Previous predictions:
Prediction: New Zealand Earthquake I had a visual of a set of crackers in a bag, one part of the bag was exposed, almost as if someone cut a square out of the bag. ”New Zealand area.. earthquake”

As many of you know crackers represent earthquakes, I am unclear on what the rest of the message means, however if we are to follow the shape of the bag and the area exposed it could refer to the Wellington area of New Zealand. The numbers could go two different directions, the 20th or the 2nd and 0 means we are out of time. We are expecting an earthquake in early July. It was marked last month.
Predictions 6-18-18 On 6-15: “20.. earthquake.. so massive” “Around 800”
At first I thought 8 was the magnitude but could also be the hour, 8 o clock.
I asked several times for a location, they kept talking about the ‘rolling’ event. Is 20 a date or countdown? They aren’t letting go of this large earthquake.., it’s still coming. The visual showed one large quake. On 6-16 they showed a map of North California, its possible they are presenting the location of the earthquake. However they never entirely linked the two.
Finally for everyone reading this in New Zealand and Australia I need your help. We absolutely must warn everyone of this coming earthquake. Share it on Facebook, Twitter, ATS, even email friends. I would like you to please forward information to me on local media outlets. I would like to try and contact them. Please help us alter the coming tragedy of this prediction.

Eric, Its about 4:30am on the 17th in NZ already. Is the 17th for your date in the US? I found this news outlet, “Star Media”, for Christchurch with an email address if you scroll down to the bottom.

Eric, If 16.5 or midday is 12:00 noon your time on the 16th then that would be 7:00 am NZ time on the 17th I believe.

Eric- I’ve been picking up on a quake too, and flipping between San Fran and New Zealand as location. Have a friend that studied this stuff— the same plate goes directly through both Christchurch and San Francisco. She said a major quake in one could trigger a quake in the other. Would that fit with what you’re getting?

there are two areas. nth island and sth island.
referencing christchurch could be indicating land mass. south island.

Are being drawn as similar ..not that the same fault geologically ..
There is a San Francisco in Phillipines that share the tectonic boundary with australian plate and NZ .

USGS, EMSC and similar reporting agencies often don’t capture all the activity in NZ. The link shows all quakes 0.0 and greater, so you will see a lot of tiny microquakes, but you can see from the map the frequency has been picking up there. I also noticed the 4.0 from yesterday was centered in Christchurch.
Hoping Spirits might be wrong, but my thoughts are with NZ. -

my heart sank when reading this latest message. 17th july 11.45pm nz here, but nothing yet. tho I deeply feel something is around the corner. our cats reacted strongly on sunday with the 4.o and am watching them plus the clouds closely. strange cloud formations on the friday before the noted 4.0(same as 2 days before sept 2010 and 1 day before feb 22 2011, june 13 2011(rainbow cloud observed by many) and dec 23rd 2011). increase in locals talking about past quake experiences- my observations is this happens a week to 2 weeks before large quakes and 2 elderly have said they felt there is bigger to come. A few more days maybe. also Dutchsinse forecast is for more this week for NZ-but moderate quake, not worrisome. Tho Craig Hamilton Parker sensed a serious one for NZ sometime this year, earlier in the year. What will be, will be. We have been through this before, our worst buildings are gone, and new are up to new code. We will cope.

Living in Criistchurch has been challanging since our 2010 & 2011 big quakes! Must admit my heart sank reading this prediction but on a positive will be prepared as best as possible.

For some reason I keep thinking about a Wednesday. There has been some odd activity in or around Christchurch lately. I know there’s a big one coming. I saw a post about it being in the afternoon. Praying those at work in shops will be safe. As Bernie P said- at least most of our really damaged buildings are down. Not sure our ground can take much more tho

he said kaiapoi kaikora wanganui and taranaki mt. if u take the bisects of each of these key mentioned towns the location would be just north west of christchurch.
maybe this is the epi centre for this mega quake. state highway 7. further to the left of the 7.8 quake we had back in 2016.
just a thought.
if that happens and big enough like an 8.5 it might trigger other faults north like a rolling action domino effect. multiple quakes.
it would cripple the country.

also The Deep Fault Drilling Project for alpine fault is also occuring this spot.
i always wonder if something evil is going on. they drill big hole into the fault then place a mini nuke or bomb into there like u refer to as a cracker then on purpose let it go off to release the fault. why. so its controlled. why let mother nature do it when man can make man made quakes to do the releasing when they want it to occur on mans terms not mother natures. why wait for the surprise from nature when man can do it and know exactly when its going to occur.

We get 3,4,5 magnatude earthquakes frequently here in NZ. Which gives things a rattle!
