This Prediction is happening, earlier than predicted as its only mid September, the tropical storm is located by Veracruz neighbor of Tabasco and is projected to head north to Mexico City , it reads:
Notes on 9-5-13
“In the southern tip of Mexico a big storm.. and surrounding nations.. the government is ill prepared.. in or around October.. the start.. Tabasco Mexico.. very ugly”
The Facts: “Tropical Storm Ingrid formed off Mexico’s southern Gulf Coast while a tropical depression developed in the Pacific, a one-two punch that’s expected to unleash torrential rain and mudslides.
The two systems will probably bring at least 15 inches (38 centimeters) of rain throughout southern Mexico, with 25 inches possible in some areas..” Quoted by http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-09-13/tropical-systems-flank-southern-mexico-bringing-deadly-flooding.html
Is this .54? If so then the next prediction 1.26, should be one day and a quarter from 8AM this morning?
