On March 5th President Hugo Chavez Dies from his struggles with cancer.

Could they be talking about two different presidents? One that is yet to be assassinated and Hugo Chavez who died  apx 2 weeks after this post (black car is now) , had connections to surgery, oil, and was greatly memorialized?
