There is a new wave to “step up” and curve the appetite for drugs. Unlike before it’s focus lies in doctors, counselors, and treatments. Unique ideas from very intelligent people are brought to the table and though it will be some time before seeing results, the new ideas actually work! It creates a very negative effect on the power of the Cartel.

I love your take on several of the predictions, especially the glowing light. I will say with this prediction they made it seem like new type of drugs would be created that would make the pains of withdraw much less. It would also quite the cravings of addictive drugs. I just found it an interesting prediction, with all the power and destruction of the cartel they seem to be diminished by a set of doctors.
