I tried very hard to figure out who. They showed me a portrait of Prince Philip (UK) dressed in a red uniform as a british royal. I am not sure if Philip is the person they are talking about however the look of royalty or connection to a royal family is clear, could even be a prime minister.

Wow thanks for all the different possibilities. I could only come up with two. I am a bit unclear on 7,8 but I am expecting this prediction to happen in April.
