Texas Power Outage

This prediction has happened. It’s flawed, as it has its wires crossed, the violent protest isn’t in Texas, Texas is the power outage. Please pray for the safety of all those in Texas. Stay safe.
World Predictions 1-20-21 I had a visual I was looking at the television, violence, protests that turned very ugly, but the view looked more like Texas or western location.
I had a visual of people lighting candles in the dark. Perhaps a power outage. I need to go back and find a location.

Mexico Blames U.S. as Energy Crisis Spills Across the Border

    Excerpt

(Bloomberg) — If President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador was looking for ammunition in his quest to cut Mexico’s reliance on foreign energy, it would be hard to top the electricity blackouts affecting the north of the country.

Mexico reported 4.77 million homes and businesses losing power Monday after imports of natural gas from the U.S. were curbed, knocking power stations offline.

    1. Also just found dozens of scattered human remains in Jalisco. Didn’t you have a prediction a long time ago in regards to a mass burial in Mexico or something of the sort?

        1. Gloria,
This could be part of this?

A major showdown is coming between the Mexican government and the Cartel.

  2. Eric,
This is the wrong place to post this question, but I wanted to ask about that JFK/assassination prediction you mentioned back in January. Is that still a threat, or has it been prevented somehow?

    1. Lol are you telling me how to run my site. I was answering someone’s question from earlier in the thread but thanks. It is very much a lingering threat both for Feb and April. Afterwards I will sleep better.

      1. “It needs to be LOUDLY emphasized that this is a lie. Wind and solar power actually overperformed expected winter capacity in Texas. The state was crippled by frozen coal and gas plants, knocking out over 30 gigawatts of power:

“Texas Gov. Abbott blames solar and wind for the blackouts in his state and says ‘this shows how the Green New Deal would be a deadly deal for the United States of America'”

        1. What’s really to blame is a misdirected & fetishistic, idealized sense of “self determinism.

If Texas opted into the national grid…you know…the rest of the country, this event could’ve been minimized or maybe avoided altogether.

    1. “Latest on the Texas power crisis: On 3rd day of blackouts, everything is getting worse not better.

      — “Enough generation offline to power 9.2 million homes.

      — “Blackouts expected to last until AT LEAST Thursday

      — “185 generators forced offline

“40% of Texas power generation remains offline:

      — “28GW of thermal (Gas/coal)
      — “18GW wind/solar”

  3. I ain’t gonna lie folks! We’ve had a rough week in Texas! Rarely does our weather in Texas get to these arctic temperatures for this many days. My power was out for almost 4 days and then our water was shut off. It’s back on now but not without a boil water notice for consumption. ALL the area restaurants were ordered closed because of employees not being able to wash hands or dishes. Grocery shelves are emptied and finding gas is challenging because pumps don’t operate when the power went out. Many frozen pipes and water line breaks resulted because of being unable to heat our homes. People are melting snow so they can flush their toilets.

Right now there’s much finger pointing going on as to whom to blame. Nobody want’s to take responsibility. People are furious wholesale electricity rates spiked by 10,000 percent because of demand. Texas lawmakers voted decades ago not to winterize our infrastructure and this is what happened.

    It’s a complete mess here!

  4. Texas was “seconds and minutes” away from catastrophic monthslong blackouts, officials say

Officials with the Electric Reliability Council of Texas said that grid operators implemented blackouts to avoid a catastrophic failure that could have left Texans in the dark for months.

  5. NYT has texts messages Heidi Cruz sent to friends and Houston neighbors.

Their house was “FREEZING” — and she proposed a Sunday return. Cruz invited others to join them at the Ritz-Carlton in Cancún ($309 per night), where they had stayed “many times.”

Ted Cruz booked his return ticket from Cancun to Texas at 6 a.m. today, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. Cruz was initially booked to return on Saturday.

  6. Eric,SWC,

    More info.
HOUSTON, Feb 18 (Reuters) – Texas’s freeze entered a sixth day on Thursday, as the biggest energy-producing state in the United States grappled with massive refining outages and oil and gas shutins that rippled beyond its borders into neighboring Mexico.

The cold snap, which has killed at least 21 people and knocked out power to more than 4 million people in Texas, is not expected to let up until this weekend. The deep freeze has shut in about one-fifth of the nation’s refining capacity and closed oil and natural gas production across the state.

The outages in Texas also affected power generation in Mexico, with exports of natural gas via pipeline dropping off by about 75% over the last week, according to preliminary Refinitiv Eikon data.

  7. $1 Billion Class-Action Lawsuit Filed Against Texas Electric Company After ‘Catastrophic’ Bills
Bills reached as high as $17,000, the suit says.

Houston-based electric company Griddy has been hit with a class-action lawsuit seeking “monetary relief of over $1 billion” after a rash of customers reported astronomically high energy bills after last week’s winter storm.

    1. Welcome to privatization!
It’s like this in Australia. Our electricity costs have near doubled since the Government sold it off.

And we get bombarded with telemarketing calls touting “saver-plans” from India & The Philippines.

You can’t block these calls ’cause they just change their phone numbers & re-route through various local land-lines & cell-phones.

Also, being a Banana Republic, & the world’s largest exporter of natural gas; we over exported & had to buy some of it back at retail mark-up. Gas prices are through the roof.

      Texas, you got messed with.

Nothing like the free market to provide essential public services, eh?
