Milla I think it’s a lot of different things but essentially in my opinion it’s Russian money spent trying to infiltrate other countries. Think of Russia run like a mob state and then Putin trying to put into power leaders (Oligarchs basically) to rule other countries like mob states how he, Putin, sees fit. He’d need to blackmail and/or pay a lot of corrupt and greedy persons to do this. But there are a lot out there to choose from. It wouldn’t happen overnight and it wouldn’t just be Russians involved because they’d need to pay off corporations, leaders, officials, and different persons from other countries in order to get their full compliance and/or loyalty to him. Of course this is just my opinion…but that would be a long receipt!

I have learned that it’s a reflection of time. So 2:30 would be mid February. So that would point to February 15th. 10:07 would imply October around 3 rd or 4th. It is a bit confusing
