The original message on Notes on 1-28-15
Earthquake.. around 1907.. I had a visual of a clock that read ’54’ in red.
In about 54 days it will be March 19th. We are expecting a large quake ‘around’ that timeframe, they implied it might be Canada but I am waiting for a more detailed location.
Todays message from Spirit:
“A large earthquake is coming.. right now.. destructive.. in the north west coast.” –Spirits Voice
I had a visual of voices over a radio calling out all emergency services, while I saw red and blue lights racing in several directions.
I had a visual of rows of seats in what looked like a theater. “They will be trapped, stuck.”
“The young man (boy) will become a hero. A testament of humanities greatness. A truly righteous individual. We tip our hat to you and everyone else who raced to help those in dire circumstances, against the threat of their own safety.” — Spirits Voice
104 ( it was presented on a clock, its unclear what it represents)
Usually when Spirit says ‘right now’ it means on this day, are they saying the 18th? Either way they have verified this is coming and very soon.
We are having issues with the location. They showed a large bay city like San Francisco. They said the word “Brita” perhaps British Columbia, Vancouver? They also showed Spain/Portugal, but I believe that is a reference to a new prediction they want to roll out. Unfortunately for now “Brita” and the north-west coast is all we have to go on. I will continue to ask for clarity.
In other news
I had a short visual of an anchor man reporting the news of someone’s death. The impression given was that he was a famous dark figure. Someone the world would not miss.
I had a visual of a map that focused on Spain/Portugal, there was an urgency behind it.

Eric …. if this does occur on the 21st then the 1 and 0 could indicate beginning and end. The event begins and ends on the same day or perhaps 1 and 0 indicate the prediction will happen.

Last night they showed 001, I think they are three separate countdowns, 104, I prediction is coming in one day, another has happened (0) and a third prediction happens in 4 days? Just a thought, need to confirm.

There is a major fault line that runs from somewhere in British Columbia area…then down thru atlantic states in USA….believe scientists have been expecting an earthquake in that region as a major one long past due….but….other fault lines exist on west coast too.
Could 104 actually be 10.4 on Richter Scale? If so….it would indeed be a massive quake.-
I don’t think so, normally they show different levels of damage. For instance when they predicted the Japan earthquake / Tsunami they showed a shattered plate to describe unspeakable damage. They have not done this here. However I do question is this the old prediction (6-11-13) about a large earthquake / Tsunami that would hit the BC area.

That’s a good question. I do question are they talking about a great African American leader and I am looking at this all wrong. But normally when they use ‘dark’ it represents a very bad person.

I have a terrible headaches and nausea lately. Could be a sign of pressure on earth. Perhaps it could be anytime any day to have a major earthquake. You could be right. We’ll see.

My initial thought was a countdown 4 days from now, putting it around the 21st or 22nd. Anything is possible, they have never presented it this way. It would be a nice to see them narrow it down like that, down to the time.

(I’ve found some roads called 104, here is one of them.) There is State Route 104 in Washington. It crosses four counties and runs for 31.75 miles. It crosses over the area from Olympia to King County Puget Sound. Here is a link with a pic of the road crossing over the water there.

Right I know. It hit me last night before I went to bed. Odd. I am from the Seattle area, though I don’t live there at the moment. I think it’s just a count down like Eric mentioned though. Thanks myseventh, if you take a look at the glossary when they use the number 7 its a reference to a ‘date’, if they use the number 30 it represents a month.

Well, for whatever reason I was drawn to this prediction. To venture a guess I would go with Jamaica, as a year date were give for a reference. The ‘Brita’ reference is for Jamaica being a former British Colony. So, two high quality clues offered as to the EQ larger location. The north-west coast would place the EQ around Montego Bay as a more specific location. The 54 in the clock (maybe calendar) could indicate May the 4th.

Eric while searching for any 104 roads, I had found the WA Route 104. Part of the route is a ferry crossing which goes from Kingston to Edmonds, WA. While searching for Theaters in PNW area, this one came up, “Edmonds Center for the Arts”, It originally was a High School, Junior High and College. Which happened to be near the 104 where the ferry comes in. The strange thing about this was that on April 9th they are presenting, “One Night of Queen”, at this Edmonds Center for the Arts. This concert group is currently in Florida, St Petersburg today the 19th. I will include a link for their schedule. Its probably nothing, but I wasn’t looking for any specificTheater or the concert group or the 104 and it just all came together there in Edmonds, WA. by the 104. Just thought maybe you could ask Spirit about it. If nothing else it is having to do with “Queen”, “Freddy Mercury” Here are some links.

Eric, I am wondering if this is just the latest attempt to give the exact location (to tie together with previous descriptions) of a large earthquake about to take place. Spirit has described San Fransisco, mentioned ’12’ (Seattle is home to the Seahawks & their fans are known as ‘The 12’s’) several times in past predictions & now a reference to ‘104’ which is the East-west state route along the northern edge of the Olympic Peninsula in WA state & ‘Brita’ could indeed be British Columbia (Vancouver & vancouver island?) The cascadia subduction zone lies just off shore from all of the above & hasn’t had a Magnitude 9+ in well over 300 years…I am wondering, could the dinosaur in a past prediction be this long sleeping fault line waking up & highway 101 along the west coast be the walkway as it ‘unzips’ from one end to the other?
Also, while not a ‘theater’ so to speak, the terrain of olympic peninsula goes ‘uphill’ as you move inland on 3 sides towards the Olympic Mountain range & the view from many of roads leading up there is spectacular of the ocean, the Straight of Juan de Fuca (can see clear to Vancouver Island & the San Juan’s) & Hood Canal. It feels as though one has prime seats in natures theater when you are there. Could this perhaps be the theater reference to those being trapped by tsunami waves as they escape to higher ground?
Also, the ’54’ in red or ‘1907’ I can’t put a finger on it, but perhaps something to do with the timing of the solar eclipse tomorrow or the lunar eclipse (aka blood moon) on the 4th of April?
I’m obviously a north westerner with the detailed knowledge of the terrain & roads up here so just my 2 cents. Would love your feedback on what I’m reading into this. I am inland & prepared but keeping thoughts and prayers for all of those that live along & in the path of that sleeping monster of a fault.

Eric regarding past predictions for Spain and earthquakes. I like to go back a year to see what comes up and this is what I found for March 2014. For, March 22, 2014 “Major Earthquake”, 24…23 to 24, and March 16, 2014, Speaking of Spain and massive earthquake in the west banks, 18th, 19th and 23rd are marked. Also 11-20-13, a cracker and pointed to the 23rd. Just thought it was interesting.
Also in John Hogue’s new book, “Worldwide Astrological Predictions For 2015”, in Chapter 3, “Two More Blood Moons Plus Eclipses and Quakes”, he speaks of expecting a major quake in the Spring of 2015.-

Concerning the earthquake, there does not seem to be a lot to go on at this point. The great San Francisco earthquake occurred in April 1906. Spirit states “around 1907” which could indicate that the earthquake will originate near the San Francisco area. My bet would be the Medecino Triple Junction off the coast of Northwest California near Eureka, CA which is roughly 300 miles north of San Francisco. This is where several plates converge. It’s said that the Pacific Northwest is 72 years overdue for a large earthquake which would be a 9.0 or larger and could affect the coastal areas from the southern tip of British Columbia to San Francisco, CA. It could also produce a tsunami as high as 100′ and stretch far inland. Most of the catastrophic damage would probably be in Oregon where it is much more populated. The type of plate tectonics in this region can produce the most destructive earthquakes as it is in a subduction zone. i did notice on a current earthquake map a number of small earthquakes in the region but that is normal. What concerns me most is the current activity with the solar eclipse occurring on 20 March and the reverberating CME strike from 17 March that the earth is still experiencing. I personally believe that earthquakes are in part aggravated by the activity of the sun as well as other gravitational influences which can exert a “pull” on the tectonic plates. We will see between now and early April.

I read Eric’s statement saying “Earthquake….around 1907…” I also wonder if that the hour of 19:07 ? I looked up in 1907 in SF but can’t find the connection. Or it could be mean related to SF.
Another thing Eric mentioned of seeing the 001. So it could be 3 times repeated in same area like New Madrid’s example in 1812 to 1813. One In Dec, Jan and Feb if I remember correctly. Its around that time. Maybe I didn’t get the years date correctly. The third one was the biggest which caused the lake to disappeared and the quake last 3 MINUTES! I don’t like the idea being shaken for three minutes or more. So, just a thought but anything is possible. I live in Dallas and had earthquakes which is unusual to repeated it. Don’t remember how many earthquakes so far but very unusual for North Texas. Also, very unusual to have frequent earthquakes in Oklahoma. So anything is possible.

Interesting thoughts Harvey. Also if you look up the USGS Earthquakes website, you will find that there is a lot of seismic activity which is occurring due to all of the fracking and drilling going on in these areas. Oklahoma for sure and probably Texas to, but you never know.

I think it represents around the 19th. 7 represents a day in Eric’s Glossary I believe. And they had already said 54 in January so that had also put it around the 19th of March. There’s one thing I’ve learned with Eric’s thoughts on the predictions….he knows his Spirits and is usually pretty right on with what they r trying to say. He still let’s us put our two cents in though. LOL

Thanks Star48. I’ve read that too sometimes ago. It is what I fear. Many just don’t believe it or just ignored it. I’ve monitored the behaviors of earthquakes that play like a pin ball goes back and forth btw Calif and Okla. It’s so weird but it’s the fact. Again, keep in mind that the New Madrid of the last 3rd earthquake in 1812, is the example of terrifying quake in 3 minutes to 5 minutes long. it was dark and smoke like during daylight with bitter smell like sulphur, lightning from underground, water runs opposite and lake disappeared. This is the most spooky story I’ve ever heard. I will need to check out on Internet and if i remember correctly if it occurred in late morning like at 2 or 3am or early morning. I love history about earthquakes. It sort of the hobby of mine. . So my memory is not perfect but i do remember the story in New Matrid about what happened. It was awesome powerful.
So, I believe it will happen again anytime in our century. It won’t be pretty and will be the main history in our times. Where? That’s part of the game. It can be anywhere from east, West, North or south from us. Yikes. Lord, I pray we are being watched over and protect us. I get the goosebumps.

Glad that you noticed it too, Jules. It comes and goes but often I caught the similar pattern that traced from OKC to CA then back to OKC along the central lines. Not always but it happened sometimes on same day when it shaken in OKC then to Ca, yes even Colo. Trying to visualize imagine what is supporting under the table that track along the quakes lines. It’s almost like a mouse goes through the crack lines from here to there then from there to here. Lol. Hope you understand what I’m trying to say.

Eric, On 9-13-13, you had a prediction with the number .54 in it, amongst other numbers you couldn’t explain. The Prediction spoke of an earthquake but that the tsunami for the west coast was separate from the earthquake at that time.

I checked to see if there’s any unusal lights in Calif. There was several reports of UFO or unusal lights in CA. One report that seen 2 bright lights in Whittier, CA. Also reported seeing lights in LA as well. It all dated on March 21st. I’ve heard for some reason that the UFO came to visit before, during and after nature destructive such as earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. No one knows why. I was looking for unusal lights like rainbow or bluish colors that occur within hours or days before earthquakes. It’s strange. The scientists find this to be very mysterious. It can be a fuel before it released the quakes.

Referencing this prediction, spirit offers “around 1907” a “bay city LIKE San Francisco”, “104”, “Brita” and Northwest Coast. Perhaps the following…”Around 1907″ coupled with “LIKE San Francisco” represents a past event similar to the destructiveness of the 1906 earthquake of San Francisco but with the epicenter not being in San Francisco, perhaps a bit northward. The “104” perhaps to occur in the early morning hours in early April. (if 30 represents month then perhaps 10 just represents the earlier part of a given month). “Brita” perhaps referencing a cruise line – Britannia Cruise lines with ports in Vancouver and San Francisco. A very large subduction zone earthquake could affect both cities and in-between to varying degrees. If a large tsunami is involved it can push far inland through waterways along the coast. Obviously, some areas affected more from a tsunami event than others. The earthquake itself will be bad enough.

Though I am not sure, keep in mind they have predicted earthquakes that are moderate too. It could be a massive quake but more likely a large one.

When it comes to a California earthquake we sometimes tend to think the “big one” which equates to massive and catastrophic but in all likelihood most are not near that damaging. I woke up with a feeling of a “moderate” earthquake within 4 days but still iffy on the 4 days at this point. A moderate quake can still do significant damage and take lives depending on many factors. Perhaps the important point for folks is to try to be prepared for the disasters prevalent in the area they live in or visit.

I agree, there was no implication this earthquake would be a massive record breaker. In all of my time doing this they only mentioned once where an event would be a record breaker and that was Haiyan.

I’m following up monitoring the earthquakes in California. It’s still alive and frequent actives in Calif dotted in range btw LA and SF as well as northern part of CA. Very active in Alaska and Okla. It does not slow down so keep the eyes on and possible the big ones will come anytime soon. I monitor days and nights especially when its frequent actives in CA and Okla.

Oh my gosh…we just talked about that….birthday on 9/11. Gal at work has that birthday, great segway to a story. Her best friend (worked at my site) was rushing to get home on that day and took an earlier flight….she was on the flight into the Pentagon!!!! Unbelievable. We recently spoke of it and still tremendous pain. Kept telling her it was meant to be, dont take on guilt, it was in the master plan. She’s been interviewed by major news circuits. There are more earthquakes in Okla and new one little south of Dallas today and yesterday. I get the feelings it’s in progressing to have a big earthquake, perhaps northwest California as what Eric said. What I’m saying the actives are picking up along the Calif to Alaska as well as Okla central line. I Am Worried about the New Madrid. My dogs are acting little unsettled especially these last few days. So just wait and see. :/

What about volcanic related quakes? The PNW is well known for its active volcanoes, and not all are “explosive” when they erupt. Mt. Hood for example is well known for its avalanches and lahars. Its also been more active and just last week it was announced that due to recent activity they are requesting additional monitoring. Vancouver/Washougal area is in a lahar watch zone, and erupted last in 1907.
Not to say that is the prediction, but a reminder than not all destructive quakes are caused by major faults, especially in the PNW. It wouldn’t hurt to keep an open mind and an open eye on volcanic activity as well.-

Trying to think outside the box. St Helens had an avalanche (I think last year) triggered by warm weather. God knows the PNW has been unusually warm (though also very little snow). And I’ve read many articles on the effect of climate change and warm weather triggering volcanic and seismic activity. What keeps Mt. Hood from erupting I the lava beneath is too cool and thick. Warm temps and lack of snow (on any of the PNW volcanoes) could increase lava temps and liquefaction which would allow the right conditions for violent or eruptive activity.

Very interesting point however in previous volcano predictions they showed a pot boiling with shaking in the background.

Do you think they’d hint at a volcanic link even if the earthquake didnt cause an eruption? I really dont foresee an actual eruption (knock on wood) any time soon, but the earthquakes have increased considerably on the mountains. I wonder if its at all related to the pressure build up along the Cascadia Subduction zone. I DONT get the feeling this is the megathrust quake being predicted though. I think that prediction will look more like “OMG EVERYONE IS GOING TO DIE”.

Eric, Idk if this helps but just looked up on earthquake lives map. There was 3 big earthquakes in New Britain Region, Papua New Guinea in 7.5, 7.7, 7.6 all with one hour. That was two hours ago. I think you’ve mentioned of “Briti”.

At this minute, my great preyenese dog is extremely nervous and cautious that something is going on under our ground in Dallas, TX. I don’t like the look of my dog’s behaviors. It wanted to lay down beside me on the floor. I’m curious if I’d sense any tremble underneath us that connects btw New Guinea and California/Oklahoma. Just watch the behaviors where it connected before and after the major earthquakes and followed along the dots. I’m worried if it will occur either btw New Madrid and San Francisco afterwards. Or maybe he sensed something already happened in New Guinea about 5 hrs ago with major earthquake in 7.5 and the huge waves. Honestly, Idk what he sensed. Wish he could speak my language but I listened to his body language that tries to say something.

Interesting observation of my dog’s behavior last night while I monitored the earthquake lives map. He sensed the small quakes underground from Oklahoma of 2.9 traced back to New Guinea of 5.0. I don’t know how! So it subsided and went back to sleep peacefully.

Hey Star48, this is a little freaky. Just monitored the earthquake lives map. It SILENCE! No movement within last 2 hours. Just now. Usually it constantly moved just every hour or the average is every 20 minutes but it silence within TWO HOURS! I don’t want to know when its trigger. I hope it’s normal but that’s the FIRST I’ve seen it. Just pray.

Ok Star48, never mind. Just checked it again. It was delayed and slow responded. We are safe. It did moved within two hours, so it was not silence. Whew! I’d be VERY worried if it’s silence for 2 hours or more Cuz that’d be very unusual. It’s like if the clock just stopped.

Hi Star48, Harvey, Eric. Can you tell me if you have ever heard of this guy Dutch Sinse? He’s got some YouTube videos and a website. He basically talks about how you actually can predict earthquakes and has been correct a lot of the times as far as I can tell. Also explains the science behind how he does it and how the seismic activity is related to fracking and drilling and how an earthquake in one area will cause another one in a far off area. I like watching his utube videos since he explains how it all works. You can just google his name and YouTube and they all come up. Here is a link to his website if anyone’s interested.

Hey Star48. Yes I agree, into the weeds, but he does eventually seem to come around and make some sense of it all sooner or later. I had to watch a few videos before I got what he was saying. It is very thought provoking and it does seem like he predicts where the next activity will be pretty well. Okay just wanted some feed back on whether anyone thought he was to out there or not. Just self promoting type, sort of thing. You know? I was thinking Harvey might find his work interesting also since he talks about TX, OK, CO quakes related to the ones out west. I thought so to. It takes a bit to figure out everything but he does base it on science, and it actually seems to work out. I think he’s on to something anyway and not just sticking his head in the sand when it comes to fracking and drilling. I watched a YouTube video from Feb 2015, I think the West and East Coast one where he actually went into some detail explaining how he does it. Anyway I think if science and persons such as Eric could work together somehow it would be awesome.

Jules, I laughed when you mentioned of his head sticking in sand when it comes to franking and drilling. I don’t blame him. That made even worst which it can create a mega earthquakes. It’s way bad news. I noticed there are several cracks for half to a mile long about a foot wide gap in TX. I don’t know exactly where but there’s evidence in TX that concerns a neighbor’s backyard. It’s the first they seen in 30 plus years. So there are so many pieces of puzzles trying to find the big picture what is going on with this earth. I’m thrilled to hear what Eric sharing the predictions that helps me understand and where the possibilities might be. I am totally a believer. we all have gifts and talents that we can share. Dutchsine like Einstein may seems little different but listen to his brilliant mind through his crazy thoughts that we may overlooked. He is brilliant and I’m open to hear his perspectives. I’m grateful for Eric and her Spirits team, what would we do without their help? 😉

Harvey- Thanks for the info on Dutchsinse. I’ll check it out. There are several folks, including geologists and/or earth sensitives that have refined their techniques on forecasting. Some have made formulas using “lost cats and dogs” section of the LA paper as part of it. Charlotte King has refined her sensitivities with animal behavior as part of her method, too. I think there really is so much more scientific about it than we’ve been able to discover yet.

Yes, that’s another thing when the cats and dogs goes missing is a possible sign of earthquakes coming up or volcano. Alot of people don’t know that. They returned much later after the quakes. I don’t know about all of them.

I need to document of my observations of today earthquakes activities since there was few major earthquakes in Papua New Guinea. It continued to activate earthquakes mostly in Northwest of Alaska, once in LA area and several in Okla and pin pall back to New Guinea. Mostly are btw Alaska and New Guinea. Eric’s Spirits are maybe right. It is still active in Alaska and once in LA today. My point is that something is slowly progress that may will trigger in LA or SF area as well as Alaska. It’s just my opinion. So I keep close eyes in that area especially what the Spirits predicted. I don’t think it’s over. Hope I’m wrong.

Again, I looked at the overall global earthquaKes activities. I feel in my guts that it’s not looking good. Especially the northwest coast. I keep close eyes for next couple of days and see if it decrease or continue to increase. If it continues to increase in the west of US then it’s not good. It will be ready so just sit tight.

I have to laugh. Just a minute ago in Dallas, TX. Just got home as I had to go to restroom. I felt the toilet moved! It almost like someone just slammed the house. My point is it moved the pipeline as I felt the air coming out of the toilet. It’s cool how it affected. Amazing to feel the air pressure and shaken from the underground pipeline thru the toilet! It’s very small quake.

It was the second quakes today. It was 3.3 then 12 hours before it was magnitude 2.7. Its rare earthquakes in Dallas. Last night shortly before 11 pm, it was 4.0 nearby New Madrid. Recently, there was a new quake in Illinois. (it’s not new but it’s been awhile since when it was last earthquake.) In my opinion, what if New Madrid is the twin of the Yellowstone volcano? Yes, sounds crazy! Everything perfectly makes sense by every details that occurred in the history of New Madrid in 1811 and 1812. Why? This case is unique. Take a look on outside of the box. Look at the picture of all the volcanoes along the rings of fire in red dots. Now, do you see it? Then look again. There are a lot of inactive volcanoes are covered under million of years of sands in the center of the continents. Those are two separated facts. Okay now think. There are actives and some sleepy volcanoes that are either nearby the coast lines, islands and undersea in the rings of fire. Think inside the box. The past history of New Madrid earthquakes are so important that no one not even the scientists back then, does not know why or what caused “warm” water from underground during the earthquakes as the story were being told by the survivors. That was in winter of December, January and February. Right. It was cold and how it came up with “warm” water suddenly during the earthquake? So, my guess it has to be one of the largest and oldest volcano(es) sitting along the Mississippi River. Again think. It occurred over 200 years ago. So? Okay, thats not too long ago as compared to Yellowstone volcano that was last erupted 600,000 years ago. Yellowstone is the oldest and largest in the world. The Yellowstone has to be the New Madrid’s sister volcano. Okay again another look. Most “visible” volcanoes are all either nearby or in the oceans. The Mississippi River is closely gap between the West and East “Islands” of USA in million years ago. The volcanoes must have been there all along before it became the Mississippi River when the “twin” islands have joined together. Look at the examples of Hawaii with the volcanoes. It’s started small. And? New Madrid and Yellowstones volcanos used to be look like that once. If you look up the oceans through the satellite, you would have noticed there are many shape of cones-like under the sea waters all over the globe. Those are probably the undersea volcanoes. So, my bet is that we have the sister of Yellowstone volcano right under the New Madrid. Maybe my theory is wrong. But here’s another clue as there were hundreds of dead birds and thousands of dead fish in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas in the same month of January, 2011. But there’s more. There was also dead birds and fish in New Zealand in the same month of January 2011. In 2 months later, Japan had magnitude of 9.1. So? The silent and deadly toxic gas released from underground through the cracks in New Madrid and possible New Zealand as it could be or possible contributed to Japan’s earthquakes.

Hi Jules and Star! Something happened and seems suspicious late last night after 3am in Dallas. I had a late bath then I noticed the water was bubbling. In toilet. (Yes, weird. …toilet again! I’m sorry crazy me!) But please allow me finish the document of my update observations. I checked the earthquake lives. Sure enough there was 2 earthquakes in 20 minutes apart at that time in North of Okla city. The bubbles were like slowly cooking on the stove. (I can’t believe that I didn’t check the temperature if it was getting warm in water so I would know it was either from air pressure bubbling or water slowly heating up to debunk it. Right now, I’m having a real bad migraine and nausea. I hope it’s not something I drank from the water from the sink if it was affected by earthquakes in OKC. The earthquakes are rising alarm and could be related with New Madrid. I’m watching very closely especially New Madrid as it spreading to far to Illinois and Texas these last 2 to 3 days. It made me a little unsettled but wanted to be prepared just in case. I want to get over with nerves such as when. I know it’s gonna happen but we cannot control the Mother’s Nature. They are highly respected.

I’ve monitored the earthquakes live daily. Especially I’m more concerned for New Madrid than California Cuz it just a matter of time and and usual behavior unlike Calif. Just looked up earthquakes active lives it’s weigh heavily upon Calif and can create pressure to trigger larger earthquake. There is a new one in Kansas today. So, keep monitoring for today especially when there is heavy small quakes within a day or two. It’s quite scary but possible that it may hit next major one.

I felt sick without explanations. I’m overwhelmed with all different clutters of next target with frequent earthquakes such as Greece, New Guinea, Briti, surrounding New Zealand, around Japan and along the Calif, Alaska and Canada. Made me sick. It acting very unsettled and too many dead whales, dolphins, fish, starfish washed ashore in different clutters where frequent earthquakes occurred. There is already 5th rare sperms whales washed ashore upon Calif these last few weeks. 🙁

Hi Harvey. I was just saying the time the earthquake occurred in Nepal. It was 1:44. Sort of close to the number 104. Try not to worry to much Harvey. Maybe just have a plan in place in case there were an earthquake in your vicinity. Sometimes just taking precautions and being prepared for any unforeseen events that we can’t control helps a lot with anxiety. Blessings.

Harvey I just wanted to mention that I myself am still working on the..trying not to let worry and fear overwhelm my life. So the planning and taking care of what I can do is what helps me with anxiety. I still have a lot of work to do though. Trusting in the Universe/God/Creator is hard sometimes but I am getting there.
