When I read your prediction for Scotland I have hope that with the NO vote, it will lead to more fairer treatment for Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.

I hope if you knew anything about the kind of abuse Scotland has had through the centuries under England’s control that you would not wish what will befall us this next Indy Ref. Westminster are already planning to rob Scotland of its agricultural and fisheries powers that is meant to come back to Scotland post Brexit, Westminster are repatriating them to Westminster, then they intend dissolving our devolved Parliaments and Scotland will once again be the slaves to England. Why would anyone want to wish this on such a lovely people as Scots. The very people where many of Americans heritage comes from. Why would anyone want to wish the demise on Scotland as England rips us apart and steals our wealth in resources, a massive oil discovery west of Shetlands last month Feb/March 2017 and all the massive food and drink industry where Westminster steals the excise duties, made in Scotland stolen by London,England which very little is returned to Scotland. Why would anyone who cares for Scots, Scotland want a fate worse than death for us? don’t we Scots deserve better for ourselves, our children. Are you all even aware how politically knowledgeable and politically active at least 70% of Scots are yet we read the biggest load of lies, it is an insult to our intelligence to treat us as one braincelled idiots when England’s media spouts the biggest load of Alternative Facts, all to chain Scotland in the union….it WON’T work this time! We are more European than we have EVER been British and we have had enough of being shafted for centuries by Westminster/London

SWC, more regulations changing? On crofting..

However it’s hoped all this will soon change, and Scotland’s next government will “seize the bull by the horns” and take action to simplify the notoriously convoluted legislation.
Crofting has been a way of life unique to Scotland for more than two centuries, and came about as a result of the Highland Clearances.
