Perhaps. I think the bigger message is between the earthquake and Typhoons coming there is a major threat to the power plant that they are not prepared for.
There are some big events coming, surprised they have taken this long to eventuate.
the Japan quake was rather deep which typically is a pre-quake.
I wouldn’t worry too much about the nuke plants, they are well looked after by off world friends.
its very possible especially with those numbers 1 and 11, maybe they are saying one and then another.
