They use a similar thing in New Orleans and when I was sitting in an open cafe with cooling towers right before this outbreak, I thought this was a perfect situation for Legionnaire’s. I think people can also carry a low grade form of it. Very unhealthy.

Although there is no evidence of an ‘outbreak’ of any disease, there has also been a severe problem with water supply in parts of England, where people have been told they must boil tap water or consume only bottled water as local supplies have been found contaminated.
