momsstillhere Eric – I have made some research and the person that fits the most with your description of “Blue” is a young terrorist leader called Sanaullah Ghafari – the head of ISIS-K, nicknamed Shahab al-Muhajir which translates into something like: “the emigrant who strikes his enemies like a flaming meteor”. Despite his young age he has already carried out three major attacks in recent times, one being the bombing of the Kabul Airport in 2021, and the other two in Iran and Moscow in 2024.
Interestingly there’s no register of him wearing a blue turban -or even a turban at all. No sources point at the color blue as one particularly relevant in Jihadist clique- being their favorite colors black, white and green. On the other hand, it is important to note that the K in ISIS-K does stand for Khorasan, which is a large area in Central Asia that historically used to be considered as part of the Persian cultural sphere; in this region there’s a historic connection to a very particular shade of blue -the turquoise blue; which has been interpreted by local Muslim culture as representing the heaven. It forms important part of the skyline in Central Asian cities like Samarkand, Mazar-i-Sharif, Herat, Balkh, Merv, Mashhad and Neyshabur -all part of the historical domain of Khorasan. Perhaps your depiction of Blue doesn’t stand for his literal appearance, but instead as a metaphor of the region where he rises.

The Blue part will most likely be associated to the organization not the man, white hats for KKK, Swastika for Nazis, and something oddly blue for them. In all cases it was a hat, but all of that must be symbolic.

Blue at his height will have a multi layer attack, a bridge, a skyscraper, driving a big truck into France, Belgium knife attack, all at the same time. Pulling down all airplanes across the world at once. He is the worst of the worst.
But I question if that’s how this starts. July has attacks but so too does “New Year”-
