This Prediction has happened, there ability to point out the ‘Next’ prediction is consistent. On 8-16th there was a 5.4 earthquake, and on 8-21th there was a 6.1 earthquake which explains the 1,2. The second earthquake took place by the coast.

Perhaps they are saying there is one earthquake followed by a second perhaps larger one.
