    The Cuban Missile Crisis has started?
    MOSCOW, Oct 26 (Reuters) – Russia has successfully tested its nuclear-powered Burevestnik cruise missile, a nuclear-capable weapon Moscow says can pierce any defence shield, and will move towards deploying the weapon, President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday.
    Russia says the 9M730 Burevestnik (Storm Petrel) – dubbed the SSC-X-9 Skyfall by NATO – is “invincible” to current and future missile defences, with an almost unlimited range and unpredictable flight path.

    I’d say Russia would not have the industrial capacity to produce these at a level that would be a major threat, but, who knows?

    Will TACO ignore this, or will this spur on the crisis, in conjunction with the dropping of the mini nuke?
