The Facts on 2-11-14:India back in the Olympics; flag to fly in Sochi  –  SOCHI, Russia (AP) — The IOC lifted the suspension of India’s Olympic committee Tuesday, allowing Indian athletes to compete under their national flag for the rest of the Sochi Games.
